Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Laboratory Setting Job Description . As Laboratory Team Leader, you'll coordinate and oversee formulation and analytical activities while ensuring compliance with GMP standards and client expectations. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, as you'll guide a team of analysts while conducting sophisticated analytical work supporting product development, stability testing, and method validation. You'll manage laboratory operations, from coordinating testing schedules to resolving complex analytical challenges. Working with advanced instrumentation, you'll ensure the highest quality standards in testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Your expertise will be essential in method development, validation, and transfer activities, while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external clients. REQUIREMENTS: • Advanced Degree with no prior experience required, OR Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry • Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field • Expertise in analytical techniques and instrumentation (HPLC, GC, FT-IR, UV-Spectrophotometer) • Demonstrated proficiency in method development, validation, and transfer • Strong working knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems • Experience with laboratory information management systems and Empower software • Leadership and team management experience • Project management and organizational skills • Problem-solving and analytical troubleshooting capabilities • Proficient in MS Office applications • Written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams • Experience in conducting laboratory investigations and OOS investigations • Knowledge of data integrity principles (ALCOA) • Ability to prepare and review technical documentation and reports • Physical capabilities to perform laboratory work, including standing for extended periods • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
