Key ResponsibilitiesOwn business analysis and requirements for Enterprise Commercial AI solutions. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Customer Experience, Pricing, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, and CRM teams. Good knowledge on how Commercial teams operate, their workflows and the related tools of trade Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Digital Technology, Data & AI, Product Management, and Engineering. Lead workshops and process discovery sessions. Drive stakeholder adoption and change management. Measure KPIs and business value realization. Required Qualifications10+ years in enterprise digital product delivery or business analysis. 3+ years as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar. Experience in delivering Software solutions for Commercial teams. Thorough knowledge of Commercial processes including CRM, Lead-to-Opportunity, Quote-to-Order, Pricing, Forecasting, Marketing, Customer Service, and Analytics. Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP Sales Cloud, Oracle CX, HubSpot, Marketo, Veeva CRM, or similar. Knowledge of GenAI, Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, APIs, and enterprise data platforms. Experience in Agile/Scrum. Hands-on with Jira, Power BI, SQL, Excel, Azure DevOps, and process mapping. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. EducationBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Preferred QualificationsExperience delivering AI for Commercial organizations. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Dynamics 365. CSPO, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAFe certification. Success ProfileCombines Commercial domain expertise with business analysis, product thinking, and AI knowledge to deliver scalable solutions that improve customer experience, commercial productivity, and measurable business value.
