Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI solutions supporting Enterprise Finance. Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Shared Services, and Finance Operations teams to identify high-value AI opportunities. Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Digital Technology, Data & AI, Product Management and Engineering teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions. Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, change management, and value realization. Define KPIs and continuously measure business impact and product success. Required Qualifications10+ years of overall experience in Enterprise scale Digital product development and delivery 3+ years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, data analyst, technology analyst, or agile delivery lead working on data, analytics, automation, or digital products. Strong knowledge of Finance processes including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A, Financial Close, Reporting, and SOX/Internal Controls. Experience with enterprise Finance platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, OneStream, Hyperion, Anaplan, or BlackLine. Working knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, APIs, and enterprise data platforms. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams. Comfortable with data and AI concepts: source systems, data quality, data pipelines, semantic layers, dashboards, APIs, LLMs, agents, prompts, human-in-the-loop workflows, and responsible AI controls. Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Jira, Monday.com, Power BI, SQL, Excel, process mapping tools, or similar product and analytics platforms. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and business consulting skills. Strong facilitation and communication skills; able to synthesize decisions and keep technical and non-technical stakeholders aligned. Practical orientation toward measurable outcomes: adoption, usability, workflow fit, value realization, and scaling what works. Preferred: exposure to cloud data platforms, lakehouse/warehouse concepts, finance workflows in large Enterprises with global teams EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered. Preferred QualificationsExperience delivering AI within Enterprise Finance. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or similar certification.
