Senior PM, Project/Program Management, Enterprise Portfolio Management Office We are seeking a highly capable business systems, change and implementation expert to support enterprise transformation initiatives across business and Project Management domains. This role requires a well-rounded professional with expertise in Project Management, Business Systems implementation, Organizational Transformation, Business Analysis, Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives, deliver technology-enabled business solutions, and support organizational adoption of change. Key Responsibilities Project & Program Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across business process and systems, project and portfolio management best practices and transformation projects Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations Enterprise Systems Implementation Support implementation of enterprise systems (e.g. Resource Capacity Management (RCM)), PM planning, AI-enabled platforms, portfolio management) Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system solutions Lead solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities Identify opportunities for process optimization through technology Business Analysis Elicit, document, and validate business requirements across stakeholders Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and solution definition Develop business cases, functional specifications, and user stories Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivered outcomes Organizational Transformation Support change strategies to drive successful adoption of new processes and systems Develop communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement approaches Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance to change AI & Data-Driven Solutions Identify opportunities to leverage AI for business value (e.g., automation, forecasting, decision support) Work with data and AI teams to integrate AI capabilities into business processes Support governance, ethical use, and adoption of AI-enabled solutions Translate AI concepts into practical business applications for stakeholders Qualifications & Experience Required 5–8+ years of experience in project management, or business transformation roles Proven experience in supporting enterprise-wide systems implementations Strong background in business analysis and requirements management Experience with organizational change management initiatives Demonstrated exposure to AI or advanced analytics use cases in business environments Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills #LI-BF1 For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
