Customer Data & Pricing Specialist ( covering maternity leave) Accelerate your career with a 2-year full-time contract designed to give you hands-on experience in core business operations, data management, and cross-country collaboration. As a Customer Data & Pricing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly behind the scenes. From setting up new customers to ensuring pricing accuracy, you’ll be the go-to person making sure everything is correct, compliant, and ready to go. This role is perfect if you enjoy working with systems, collaborating across teams, and seeing the direct results of your work in everyday operations. Every product, every order, every customer interaction starts with accurate data. Your work ensures: Customers are set up correctly from day one Pricing is fair, transparent, and dispute-free The business operates efficiently and compliantly What You’ll Be Doing Set up and maintain customer accounts and pricing data across systems (ERP & CRM) Make sure data is accurate, complete, and up to date—your work directly impacts invoicing, payments, and reporting Perform validation checks (Bona Fide) to ensure customers meet required standards before activation Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer teams to resolve queries and improve data quality Keep pricing and commercial terms aligned to avoid disputes and protect business performance Investigate pricing issues, identify root causes, and fix them at the source Support promotional setups, reporting, and data clean-up activities Contribute to process improvements and projects that enhance how we manage data Act as a trusted point of contact for questions related to customer data and pricing What You’ll Bring to Alcon 1–2 years’ experience in data, operations, or administration roles Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science/Engineering Exposure to SAP or similar systems is a strong plus Comfortable with Excel and working with data Strong attention to detail—you spot errors before they become problems Clear communication skills (Greek & English) A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience with core business systems (ERP/CRM) Exposure to cross-functional teams across different countries The opportunity to build strong data, operations, and problem-solving skills A role where you can see the impact of your work every day A supportive environment that helps you grow and develop fast Who This Is For Someone early in their career who: Likes structure but also enjoys solving problems Wants to understand how a business really works behind the scenes Cares about doing things right—not just fast Is ready to own a process and make it better ATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent Worker If you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please click the appropriate link below to apply on the Internal Career site.
