We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand & Customer Manager to lead brand strategy, customer engagement, and marketing execution for the Vaccines portfolio across the LevNA Cluster, covering Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, and Iran, in alignment with business priorities and applicable compliance requirements. In addition to leading the Vaccines portfolio across the cluster, the incumbent will serve as the designated Pharmacist Responsible for Scientific Information in Algeria, ensuring appropriate governance of scientific information, promotional activities, regulatory interactions, and compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations. Brand Strategy, Customer Engagement & Marketing Execution Lead brand and marketing efforts for the Vaccines portfolio across the LevNA Cluster, leveraging market insights, customer understanding, and direct marketing strategies tailored to the cluster's diverse markets. Develop and execute comprehensive brand and customer engagement plans for key Vaccines brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives across Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, and Iran. Conduct and analyze market research to understand customer needs, product requirements, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for Vaccines market development across the LevNA Cluster. Manage Vaccines product life cycles across the LevNA Cluster, including brand strategy, product direction, advertising, pricing inputs, expense budgets, performance monitoring, and profit plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders across the LevNA Cluster to define customer needs, develop product requirements, and support effective execution for the Vaccines portfolio. Review and enhance current Vaccines offerings, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives based on market feedback, performance insights, and competitive analysis across LevNA markets. Prepare and coordinate Vaccines product introductions, updates, and promotional initiatives to support successful market entry, customer engagement, and sustained growth across the LevNA Cluster. Develop and manage promotional and advertising campaigns to strengthen Vaccines brand positioning and drive compliant customer engagement across the LevNA Cluster. Forecast, plan, and monitor costs and resource requirements for assigned projects, activities, and vendor-related service agreements. Apply knowledge of internal and external business challenges to recommend improvements to products, processes, or services. Act as a team or project lead, guiding and coaching colleagues with less experience, fostering teamwork and open discussion of issues. Solve complex business challenges by bringing a fresh perspective to existing solutions, clearly communicating difficult issues, and building alignment around recommendations. Scientific Information, Promotional Compliance & Regulatory Interface – Algeria Serve as the designated Pharmacist Responsible for Scientific Information in Algeria, ensuring that all scientific, promotional, advertising, and educational activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations, ethical standards, approved product information, and company policies. Act as the primary affiliate representative and liaison with relevant Health Authorities for matters related to medical promotion activities, including promotional licensing, advertising approvals, scientific events, Medical Representative authorizations, regulatory declarations, renewals, and required submissions. Oversee the review and approval of scientific, promotional, and educational materials across all engagement channels, ensuring accuracy, scientific integrity, alignment with approved product information, and compliance with local regulatory requirements. Ensure Medical Representatives meet applicable qualification, training, and authorization requirements and maintain the highest standards of ethical and compliant customer engagement practices. Partner closely with Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between approved registration documentation, scientific communications, promotional activities, and evolving regulatory requirements. Maintain effective governance, documentation, and inspection readiness for scientific information and medical promotion activities, supporting regulatory audits, inspections, and inquiries as required. Qualifications Required Pharmacist qualification is required. Relevant experience in brand management, product management, market research, project management, strategic planning, creative campaign development, marketing budget management, product life-cycle management, marketing data analysis, pricing strategies, and marketing strategy implementation, preferably within Vaccines or specialty pharmaceutical portfolios across multi-market environments. Strong market research and analytical skills to evaluate market requirements, customer needs, and emerging trends. Proficiency in customer engagement, direct marketing techniques, and channel activation strategies. Experience in product management, including product life-cycle management and development. Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including advertising, promotional planning, and pricing inputs. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotion, scientific information governance, promotional compliance, and applicable regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills to manage internal alignment and external stakeholder engagement across multiple LevNA markets. Strong capability in managing pricing inputs, expense budgets, and performance tracking. Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, customers, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance partners across multiple markets. Ability to prepare and execute product introductions, brand updates, and associated promotional campaigns. Strong leadership skills, including strategic planning, entrepreneurship, innovation, business acumen, coaching, talent development, and execution excellence. Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, with the ability to influence, motivate, and build effective partnerships. Excellent emotional intelligence, decision-making, ownership, and accountability are required.
