Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst to support Transparency Reporting solutions across US and Ex-US markets. This role will partner with the Product Owner, market teams, technical teams, data teams, and vendors to define business needs, document requirements, support solution delivery, and help ensure reporting capabilities meet global, regional, and local transparency obligations. Responsibilities Partner with the Product Owner and compliance stakeholders to define Transparency Reporting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Analyze business processes and data flows to identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve transparency reporting capabilities Collaborate with technical, data, integration, teams to evaluate solution options, assess impacts, and support delivery of enhancements or new capabilities Support backlog refinement, testing, defect triage, and release planning Apply AI tools to improve daily work processes, analysis, documentation, and productivity Required Experience and Skills 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, or technical analysis roles Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data-related requirements, and other required SDLC documentation Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms Experience facilitating meetings across business and technical teams Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills Possesses strong analytical and querying capabilities, enabling efficient extraction, validation, and interpretation of data using SQL to support business objectives Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated environment requiring strong governance, privacy, compliance, and data quality controls is preferred Knowledge of transparency reporting, aggregate spend, transfers of value, HCP/HCO reporting, or related compliance reporting processes is preferred What We Offer Exciting work in a great team, global projects, international environment Opportunity to learn and grow professionally within the company globally Pension and health (Canadian Medical) contributions Internal reward system plus referral program 5 weeks annual leave, 5 sick days, 15 days of certified sick leave paid above statutory requirements annually, 40 paid hours annually for volunteering activities, 12 weeks of parental contribution Cafeteria for tax free benefits according to your choice (meal vouchers, sport, culture, health, travel, etc.), Multisport card, Vodafone, Raiffeisen Bank and Foodora discount programs Up-to-date laptop and iPhone, parking in the garage, showers, refreshments Competitive salary, incentive pay, and many more Ready to take up the challenge?
