This position reports to: Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor-Tractio __ Your role and responsibilities You are responsible for moving, storing, and managing materials within a warehouse or production environment, ensuring efficient inventory management and logistics support. The work model for the role is onsite. You will be mainly accountable for: Material Movement: Load, unload, and transport materials and products within the warehouse or production area. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by identifying, labeling, and tracking materials and supplies. Conduct regular inventory updates for Material request log in SAP, and report shortages. Order Fulfillment: Pull orders from inventory, prepare materials for production, and ensure that all outgoing products match purchase orders. Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials safely and efficiently. Documentation: Record material handling data, including units delivered and locations of materials, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Cleanliness and Safety: Keep work areas, loading docks, and machinery clean and organized to promote a safe working environment.
