ABOUT THE ROLE: Notion is building the AI collaborative workspace that teams everywhere use to think, plan, and execute. Our partner ecosystem is a key multiplier for our global revenue engine. As our founding Partner Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our joint marketing initiatives. Working in lockstep with the Partnerships team, you will design and execute campaigns that highlight the combined power of Notion and our partner network. This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and AI-centric environment. You'll be the architect of our co-marketing motion — developing end-to-end joint campaigns, managing Market Development Funds (MDF), and converting partner enablement into measurable, partner-driven pipeline. You'll operate as a crucial bridge between product marketing and partners, serving as the connective tissue that ensures consistent messaging across all partner channels. The ideal candidate brings a strategic, highly organized mindset to partner marketing: creative, analytically sharp, AI-forward, and energized by the challenge of creating mutual value with technology integrators, Al partners, and resellers. You'll work cross-functionally with regional and global sales leadership — and you'll act as a diplomatic ambassador for the Notion brand globally, ensuring our partners are fully equipped to tell the Notion story. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: - Own and execute Notion's co-marketing strategy across our B2B AI ecosystem, including sales (resellers), services (consultants), and strategic (technology) partners. - Develop and execute end-to-end joint marketing campaigns — spanning webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and digital events — with sales and strategic partners. - Build high-impact partner enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive positioning guides, to ensure external teams can confidently tell the Notion AI story and accelerate partner-driven pipeline. - Collaborate seamlessly with Partnerships leads to align partner marketing objectives directly with regional and global revenue targets. - Establish a robust framework for managing Market Development Funds (MDF), ensuring efficient budget allocation for high-ROI partner activations. - Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, leveraging CRM tools and marketing analytics to monitor partner-sourced pipeline and present ROI to internal stakeholders. - Support regional partner initiatives and events across expanding markets, ensuring our global co-marketing resonance is localized and effective in key regions like EMEA and APAC. SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: - 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS and AI marketing, specifically within partner, channel, or product marketing roles. - A builder's track record: you've stood up co-marketing programs and can point to specific examples of launching successful joint campaigns and measuring their ROI. - Exceptional content creation and communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex software capabilities into clear, compelling partner value propositions. - AI-centric operational mindset - you’re excited to get your hands on AI tools and embed them into your daily workflows and operations. - Commercially sharp with an analytical mindset — you have strong proficiency in marketing analytics, pipeline tracking, and CRM tools to connect partner marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes. - Cross-functional leadership skills — you know how to build trust with sales teams, understand what reps need, and naturally align marketing objectives with revenue targets. - High emotional intelligence and diplomacy to navigate external partnerships, acting as an ambassador to secure buy-in and buil
