Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech Key Responsibilities:Applies functional knowledge of Quality Control requirements to execute organizational objectives. Supports planning and delegation of administrative tasks and support, including data maintenance and scheduling. Develops partnerships across the organization to ensure flawless customer support. Updates quality policies and procedures based on new or revised regulatory requirements, internal investigations, and audits. Uses data to identify risks and improvement opportunities and independently implements risk mitigations and process improvements. Supports formal escalation processes to ensure visibility of risks associated with product quality, regulatory compliance, and quality systems. Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo in day-to-day interactions with team. Troubleshoot equipment to determine root causes of failure. (40%) Compiles data to identify trends and proposes corrective action. (10%) Ensure maintenance and calibration compliance for test equipment. (30%) Coordinate activities with metrology, engineering, and other relevant departments. (10%) Implement revisions, corrections and changes to test equipment, and procedures. (10%) Qualifications:Education:High School diploma or equivalent is required Experience and Skills:Required: 6-8 years of related experience Technical maintenance experience (Chiller repair, motion controls, simple wiring, pneumatics, etc.) Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred: Proficiency in MES, EDHR and Vibes is required. Knowledge of Quality Engineering, design control, and verification and validation (V&V) tools and methodologies is required.
