Activities: The intern will be trained and support: · MSAT Knowledge Management core team base business. · Creating and updating the Microsoft SharePoint-based knowledge repositories · Updating and facilitating continuous improvement of the MSAT Knowledge Center · Implementing Artificial Intelligence Capabilities in the existing MSAT Knowledge Center · Creating and updating Confluence and Jira pages, which serve as information repository and information exchange platforms · Technical writing · Monitoring existing metrics and creating of new metrics using Power BI and other tools · Knowledge Management communication campaigns Requirements: - Degree in Life Sciences as CTF, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Biology - Proficiency in English - Proficiency in Italian - Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Explorer and PowerPoint). - Good communication skills - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate As this position is posted in a country that is subject to EU pay transparency requirements, the Talent Acquisition team will provide pay range information on request and to candidates invited to an interview.
