Location/Division Specific Information: This position is based in Pittsburgh, PA and supports the Customer Channels Group (CCG) business as a Financial Analyst III on the Global Profitability Improvement (GPI) team. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration four days per week, with one flexible remote workday. How you will make an impact: This position is responsible for ensuring Customer Channels Group (CCG) contractual customer sales agreements are accurately aligned with corresponding system attributes and business requirements. The role conducts contract compliance reviews and audits, identifies discrepancies or areas of non-compliance, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to drive timely resolution and mitigate business risk. In addition, the analyst is responsible for maintaining contract repositories, amendments, and related documentation to ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with established business standards. The role provides analytical and compliance support to Finance, Accounting, operating partners, and internal/external auditors through contract research, system data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and profitability objectives. This position also leads cross-functional initiatives, supports system and workflow enhancements, identifies opportunities for process optimization, and serves as a key resource for contract compliance and operational best practices across the organization. What you will do: Conduct end-to-end contract compliance audits, monitor adherence to contractual obligations, and coordinate resolution of discrepancies with Finance and cross-functional business partners. Review, maintain, and manage customer contracts, amendments, LOCs, repositories, and metadata to ensure accurate documentation, system alignment, and compliance with established standards. Prepare and analyze compliance, audit, expiration, operational, and profitability reports to support leadership decision-making, risk mitigation, and business performance initiatives. Support and lead contract lifecycle management activities within the Malbek CLM platform, including migration, governance, workflow optimization, AI-enabled search capabilities, system enhancements, and end-user support. Collaborate with Finance, operating partners, account owners, auditors, and global teams to support compliance inquiries, contract implementations, and productivity improvements. Develop and improve compliance workflows, SOPs, and reporting processes; provide training and guidance on contract compliance, contract writing, freight analysis, and best practices. Support Non-US CCG compliance initiatives, including global expansion efforts, cross-functional collaboration, and operational support activities. Lead end-to-end ownership of collect freight terms governance, implementation, and process optimization, while providing early GPI guidance and freight analysis support within the contract proforma process. Support Activity Based Model (ABM) close activities and contribute to the development and maintenance of related processes, tools, and knowledge resources. How will you get here? Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in finance, FP&A, contract analysis, auditing, or related areas. Experience with contract analysis, contract writing, or auditing is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business impacts into financial insights. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience with financial systems and tools such as SQL, Power BI, Cognos, or AMPS is highly preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact across all organizational levels. Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Highly organized with strong time management skills and exceptional attention to detail. Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure while balancing competing priorities.
