Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Digital Strategists and Media Leads to develop integrated media plans, including audience discovery, audience sizing, keyword research, channel selection, and budget allocation. Execute and manage campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and media strategies. Define campaign setup and optimization approaches in partnership with Digital Strategists and Media Leads. Coordinate with Specialists and Analysts to assign campaign tasks, timelines, roles, and responsibilities. Perform quality assurance of campaign inputs, including creative assets, tracking implementation, UTMs, audience targeting, and platform configurations. Conduct campaign QA prior to launch and validate campaign outputs, including account setup, tracking functionality, ad previews, and performance monitoring. Proactively monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve media KPIs and business outcomes. Implement testing frameworks across channels, including audience, bidding, creative, and placement experiments. Develop performance insights and recommendations based on campaign data and reporting outputs. Collaborate with reporting, analytics, creative, and strategy teams to ensure campaign success and operational excellence. Support the adoption of AI-driven solutions, automation opportunities, and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness. Stay current with platform updates, emerging digital trends, and industry best practices across search, social, and programmatic advertising. Basic Qualifications Experience of 4+ years managing Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns with strong expertise across major media buying platforms. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms. Experience developing integrated cross-channel media strategies and execution plans. Strong knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, tracking implementation, and performance analysis. Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office products. Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience. Advanced English communication skills (C1 or above). Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, JIRA, and SharePoint is a plus. Minimum required education: High School Diploma. Required Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, and campaign management. Experience creating and executing integrated digital media strategies across multiple channels. Proven ability to manage campaigns from planning through reporting and optimization. Experience with audience discovery, audience sizing, keyword research, media planning, and budget allocation. Strong understanding of tracking frameworks, UTM governance, conversion tracking, and QA processes. Experience troubleshooting campaign delivery, tracking issues, and platform implementation challenges. Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets across multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable recommendations. Excellent project management, documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration. Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
