You know how to bring ideas to life through immersive imagery, and visual expression connecting the words with imagery to engage a wide range of audiences. You have experience working as a creative lead for a creative agency or global pharmaceutical company supporting both Canadian and US client business. And have honed your craft creating and producing content for the life sciences industry, across brands and manufacturers. You know how to collaborate and innovate with Copy experts, Designers and brands to take content to the next level and grow engagement through creating relevant and innovative experiences across channels. The Work: Conceptualize, storyboard, prototype, design and oversee creation of world-class print, digital and other creative solutions Pitch and present work in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the strategic objectives of the project and offers a clear rationale as to how the creative supports those objectives and ties into the larger goals of the business. Own the design and creative development of all assigned projects from conceptual stage through production, ensuring the highest quality of design is maintained throughout all phases of the process Keep abreast of market branding and related standards such as FDA guidelines; review and identify requirements based on the project throughout creative development to ensure all creative is aligned to regulatory and legal guidelines Provide critical and productive feedback to support design team learning and growth Collaborate with Creative Manager to provide guidance and recommendations to help with project plans and timelines Demonstrate a passion for emerging technologies and engagement in staying abreast of new design/development trends in the digital landscape Effectively accomplish goals while working in a team-base Here’s what you’ll need: At least 12 years of conceptual healthcare/art experience, preferably in a health care marketing or communications agency At least 5 years of brand launch experience for both HCP and patient audiences A least 10 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint At least 10 years of proven organizational and timeline prioritization skills; scheduling flexibility to accommodate work volumes and the ability to manage multiple assignments At least 5 years of experience in strategic brainstorming, campaign development and creative execution writing email copy, advertising (digital, print, banners), brand messaging, web copy, video scripts, marketing collateral Bonus points if: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
