Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. Your day-to-day activities will involve using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Expert proficiency in Angular is required. Expert proficiency in HTML5 is recommended. Expert proficiency in CSS Preprocessors is suggested. Execute assigned development tasks with increasing autonomy while applying best practices and coding standards. Identify and resolve common technical challenges by analyzing recurring patterns and proposing effective solutions. Collaborate closely with team members to contribute to the overall success of the project and share insights during discussions. Continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills to support evolving project requirements and technologies. Assist in refining development processes to improve efficiency and quality within the team. Expert proficiency in CSS Preprocessors. Advanced proficiency in JavaScript. Intermediate proficiency in Responsive Web Design. Advanced proficiency in Cross-Browser Compatibility.
