Skill in identifying operational inefficiencies and developing innovative solutions Prior experience in SAP and Insurance Industries. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Suspense Account Management Clearing suspense entries and ensuring timely resolution. 2. Actioning Open Items Proactively following up to close outstanding issues and tasks. 3. Payment Processing Executing stop/void checks and EFTs based on received requests. 4. Management Reporting Preparing and updating trackers accurately for leadership review.
