On this position, you will design, build, and optimize robust data solutions that support advanced analytics, digital innovation, and compliant data usage across our organization. You will work closely with product teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure that trusted, high-quality data is always available where it is needed most—while also contributing to modern approaches such as design thinking and AI-driven prototyping. What will you do? Design, implement, and maintain complex data pipelines across diverse platforms and systems. Enable seamless data integration within and between applications, data stores, and organizations. Define and execute data quality checks, identifying and remediating complex issues. Develop and maintain data models and structures aligned with business and analytical needs. Clearly communicate data design and structures to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support information management policies and records management practices. Monitor and report on data governance, audit controls, and compliance risks. Identify risks in data usage and recommend remediation actions. Automate and optimize database administration processes. Monitor performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Maintain and configure database environments. Design, develop, test, and maintain data-centric applications and scripts. Apply modern SDLC practices, automation, and secure design principles. Collaborate in code reviews and continuously improve engineering standards. Support and enhance business intelligence capabilities. Integrate data for analytics and reporting, enabling better decision-making. Design and automate data visualizations using modern techniques. Contribute to the design of scalable systems using standard design patterns. Develop detailed designs for components of larger data and software solutions. Apply design thinking principles to understand user needs and shape data-driven solutions. Contribute to AI prototyping and development, including experimentation with new models and use cases. Support rapid prototyping and iteration of data and AI solutions to accelerate business value. Partner with cross-functional teams to bring innovative digital capabilities into production environments. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in data engineering and pipeline development at scale. Strong understanding of data modeling, databases, and BI ecosystems. Experience working within structured SDLC and compliance-driven environments (GxP experience is a plus). Exposure to or strong interest in design thinking methodologies and AI/ML prototyping. Ability to translate complex data challenges into practical, scalable solutions. A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and curiosity to innovate.
