We’re seeking a hands-on, impact-driven professional to lead GMS Digital Transformation at Lithia Springs, GA Site. In this role, you’ll act as the site’s champion for GMS’s Digital Transformation by turning local operational needs into scalable, standards-aligned solutions, and leading adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement for sustainable change across Manufacturing and Quality. This role serves as the critical liaison between site leadership and global digital & data teams, ensuring site-specific digital needs are fully understood, prioritized, and aligned with the overarching GMS digital strategy towards the ‘Predictive Plant’ and beyond. The Lithia Springs Digital Transformation Lead will empower sites to leverage data analytics, digital tools, and innovative technologies to optimize operations, enhance decision-making, and accelerate transformation outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Portfolio & Intake: Identify, collect, and analyze site digital and data needs to inform transformation initiatives, partnering closely with the ZTD (Zoetis Tech & Digital) Business partner to leverage the GMS Demand Intake for site digital needs; translating pain points into use cases with clear problem statements and success criteria. Shape business cases with baselines, expected benefits, costs, risks, and validation approach. Stakeholder Orchestration: Align operations, quality, engineering, IT/OT, supply chain, and EHS around shared outcomes and standard solutions. Together with the ZTD Business Partner and relevant CoEs (Centers of Excellence), maintain a transparent, prioritized backlog mapped to global product roadmaps. Escalate constraints proactively (resources, validation, data access, cyber) and drive issue resolution. Share latest Digital initiatives / act as a local change agent but collaborate globally within the Digital & Data Champion Network. Solution Delivery: Coordinate requirements, design reviews, and alignment to enterprise reference architectures and data models. Plan and lead UAT, training, communications, and go-live hypercare with clear roles & responsibilities. Data, Platforms & Governance: Align site needs with enterprise solutions and data governance by partnering with Global Analytics and Data Stewards; advocate priorities with Site Leadership to drive adoption and investment. Manage change controls: ensure all changes are documented, reviewed, and approved per ZTD change management governance. Enable citizen developers (Power BI and others): provision data access and coach on data governance, modeling, and visualization best practices. Administer user access and security for site digital platforms to maintain compliance and data integrity; serve as site approver for promoting solutions to Production. Publish validated solutions with Data Stewards to the GMS Analytics Landing page for broad access. Lead periodic recertifications of user access and adoption; conduct reviews per ITSO-00011, identifying, documenting, and remediating non‑conformances in line with TRM&C procedures. Maintain site digital environments (dev/test/QA/prod) and keep the Data Dictionary and Glossary current. Partner with TRM&C (third-party risk management & compliance) to assess compliance risk (application, solution, third‑party), ensure documentation per the ZTD process framework, and meet regulatory and internal governance requirements. Value & Adoption: Track digital adoption, usage, and value; publish KPIs (key performance indicators), OKRs (objectives & key results), and lessons learned to site and global forums within the organizational change management framework. Institutionalize continuous improvement cycles and handover to steady-state ownership. Contribute to global playbooks, templates, and communities of practice. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science is strongly preferred 4+ years' experience or strong interest in digital transformation, data analytics, and digital technologies. Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills across shopfloor to leadership. Familiarity with MES, LIMS, historians, EBR, DCS/PLC, batch records, and data governance practices. Working knowledge of GMP, GAMP5, CSV/CSA, data integrity (ALCOA+), and computerized system validation/assurance. Comfortable facilitating training and change management at the shop-floor level. Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize, and deliver outcomes in a regulated environment. Time allocation: ~60% delivery/enablement, 20% roadmap & value, 20% governance/compliance. Hands-on with analytics/visualization preferred (Power BI, SQL, Python or similar); experience with statistical or advanced analytics a plus.
