These responsibilities include some of the following: ●Shape medical strategies that advance patient outcomes and strengthen GSK’s leadership in hematology. ●Generate high-impact evidence and actionable insights that influence clinical practice and healthcare decision-making. ●Build trusted scientific partnerships that foster collaboration, innovation, and meaningful exchange across the healthcare ecosystem. ●Drive research, publications, and scientific communications that expand medical knowledge and improve patient care. ●Enable cross-functional teams through scientific leadership, strategic guidance, and evidence-based decision-making. ●Champion a culture of scientific excellence, integrity, and patient focus that creates lasting impact for patients and healthcare professionals. ※職務内容および勤務地の変更範囲は会社の定めるところとする。 必要な条件Basic Qualification ●At least 2–5 years’ experience in office based medical roles or a related medical role within the pharmaceutical industry ●Experience in evidence generation and publication planning. ●Proven ability to interpret and communicate clinical data. ●Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and scientific stakeholders in Japan. ●Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities. 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language ●Fluent Japanese and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. 望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification ●Medical Affairs experience in hematology or oncology. ●Strong business acumen combined with scientific credibility. ●Experience with product launch ●Familiarity with regulatory, pharmacovigilance and medical governance processes. ●Strong presentation skills and experience speaking at scientific meetings. ●Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent). 働き方 Working model and location ●This role is based in Tokyo, Japan.
