Job Function: Marketing Job Sub Function: Multi-Family Marketing Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Shanghai, China Job Description: Job Description Summary Directs Managers and/or senior individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for meaningful career development conversations and regular coaching and feedback. Provides comprehensive marketing leadership and oversees multi-family marketing efforts; develops targeted messages and marketing material and promotes the products and services of the organization. Partners with company executives and stakeholders and executes the business strategy and customer acquisition plan. ------- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ------ Directs Managers and/or senior individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for meaningful career development conversations and regular coaching and feedback. Contributes to the planning of marketing activities and advises management on marketing initiatives. Builds working relationships with industry partners to help developing the brand portfolio according to business objectives. Monitors competitive trends and market behavior to communicate market intellegence to top management. Develops marketing methodologies based on peer reviewed research and advises on organizational standards. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their teams (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), as well as implementing workforce and succession plans to meet business needs. Proactively creates a purpose driven environment by aligning Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives with the strategies and goals of the team and enterprise.
