Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech We are searching for the best talent for Partner Management Analyst (Fixed term) in Sao Pablo - Brazil Purpose: As part of the Network Orchestration function within Transformation, and in the context of DPS separation (Project Osprey), this role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of network transition activities required to enable the future-state supply chain network within the remaining MedTech operating model. The position is responsible for defining business process integration requirements, operational workflows, and interaction models between J&J and 3PL WMS environments to ensure consistent and scalable execution across Americas distribution network. This includes aligning warehouse processes, operational standards, data requirements, and system interaction points across Order-to-Cash, warehouse operations, and logistics partner processes. The role works closely with Systems Strategy, Logistics Partner Management, IT, and regional teams to ensure that 3PL WMS integration approaches support operational requirements, process consistency, and transformation objectives. You will be responsible for: Support execution of standardized partner management processes across 3PL-operated sites and regions Coordinate operational activities and communication between J&J teams and 3PL partners to support aligned execution and issue resolution Maintain and update operational documentation, process flows, governance trackers, SOPs, and partner-related records Support governance cadences and reporting activities, including preparation of meeting materials, action trackers, and follow-up items Track partner-related operational issues, risks, and improvement actions, ensuring timely escalation and resolution where required Support monitoring of adherence to operational standards, service expectations, and governance processes across 3PL partners Coordinate collection and consolidation of operational and performance data to support reporting and analytics activities Support onboarding and transition activities for new or changing 3PL partnerships, including coordination of documentation, readiness tracking, and communication activities Collaborate with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support consistent deployment of partner management practices Identify opportunities to improve process consistency, governance efficiency, and operational coordination across partner management activities Support capture and documentation of lessons learned and best practices from partner operations and transition activities Qualifications / Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required A Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or partner/vendor coordination roles Exposure to warehouse, transportation, or 3PL-managed logistics environments is preferred Experience supporting operational processes, governance activities, or project coordination in cross-functional environments Strong organizational and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously Ability to work in a global, matrix organization with strong communication and collaboration skills Experience maintaining process documentation, trackers, reporting files, or governance materials Strong attention to detail and ability to support structured execution of operational processes Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify process gaps and support improvement initiatives Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with project or reporting tools is preferred The JJMT Transformation function is responsible for designing and realizing the future-state supply chain network for Johnson & Johnson MedTech. This function includes oversight of consolidation and rationalization actions for the global distribution network, a strategic shift toward an asset-light model, and the build-out of new, future-looking logistics capabilities including partner management, network design, systems strategy, and defining the transition standards required to sustain performance in the future state. The team operates centrally, working in close partnership with regional Deliver teams across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America.
