Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X. · Act as a primary point of contact for customers via Sales, Cust Ops and CSRs on supply status, demand alignment, and delivery commitments. · Proactively manage and communicate supply versus demand to ensure transparency and reliable order fulfillment. · Respond promptly to customer expedites, pull-ins, and inquiries, providing clear and accurate supply updates. · Develop and execute feasible manufacturing and delivery schedules that support customer priorities and business commitments. · Ensure customer order due dates and transfer plans are met, while proactively addressing potential risks. · Partner closely with factory, planning, and cross-functional teams to drive supply chain improvements that enhance the overall customer experience. · Monitor and continuously improve customer supply experience KPIs, including on-time delivery and responsiveness to customer inquiries. · Execute real-time order allocation decisions in line with agreed planning guidelines, ensuring fair and consistent customer treatment. · Basic Leadership skills – coaching /mentoring · Advance Customer Service Skills – crisis/conflict management and handling of customer visits · Project Management /Process Improvement Skills For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
