Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Scheduling to join our Site Supply Chain team in Boudry. In this role, you will manage the short- and mid-term logistical activities for assigned manufacturing lines, working in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including QA, QC, Operations, Warehouse, and Validation teams. Key Responsibilities Convert supply plans into detailed, daily production schedules within the frozen planning period Manage scheduling for assigned work-centers and monitor execution, including handling non-routine requests Lead weekly scheduling meetings and maintain real-time follow-up with all operational stakeholders Track Work Orders throughout their lifecycle — from creation to final release Define and execute mid-term manufacturing plans, ensuring material availability and accurate Master Data configuration Coordinate stability plans, variation management, and make-to-order (MTO) repacking activities Manage reprocess activities as required Own and report on key performance indicators: OTIF, Schedule Adherence, and Right First Time (RFT) Drive continuous improvement initiatives and actively contribute to a culture of operational excellence Manage change control tasks and ensure timely implementation Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or supply planning Prior experience in an international industrial environment; pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry highly preferred Demonstrated ability to work autonomously under pressure with strong drive for results Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to quickly understand and visualize complex processes Experience with LEAN management methodologies is a plus Excellent computer skills: MS Office (Excel); ERP system experience (Oracle preferred) Full professional fluency in both French and English is required If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
