Responsibilities: Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues on our modern production equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks to maintain high equipment availability and extend machinery lifespan Identify and analyze system weaknesses, contributing to sustainable and long-term improvements Support the continuous optimization and technical advancement of our production systems in close collaboration with the technical supervisor Qualifications: Successfully completed training as a mechatronics technician or industrial locksmith (or a comparable qualification) Several years of professional experience in a similar role is preferred Solid knowledge of pneumatics, servo drives, and bus systems Proficient in German, both written and spoken Comfortable working independently in a multi-shift environment ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
