Responsibilities: To participate the mold/tooling trial of new project and create working instruction to define vulcanization parameter /layout /material flow etc., To ensure a stable molding production and achieve OEE target, participate the customer and internal audit and follow up process related action, carry out the layer audit, responsible for process related improving project . Qualifications: Bachelor or above in Polymer Science and engineering , rubber mechanical, related. More than 2 years experience with rubber plastic recipe research or with rubber injection process development releated fields.
