You will work as a Medical Science Liaison based in Poland. You will build trusted, peer-to-peer scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and external medical experts. You will deliver clear, balanced scientific exchange and bring practical field insights into medical strategy and clinical development. Responsibilities: This role will give you the opportunity to lead key activities that will grow your career. Responsibilities include: Support clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies, including site identification and engagement. Build trusted, peer-to-peer relationships with physicians, clinical leaders, and healthcare professionals in the area of innovative therapies. Lead high-quality scientific exchange, translating complex data into clear, balanced insights. Ensure scientific excellence in medical materials and contribute to congresses and scientific meetings. Capture field insights and help shape medical strategy, clinical development, and real-world evidence. Collaborate across teams (Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, HEOR, Market Access, Commercial) to deliver patient-focused solutions. Why You? Basic Qualification: Degree in medicine or pharmacy. Strong ability to interpret and communicate scientific data (Polish & English). Min. 2–3 years’ experience in medical affairs or clinical trials. Proven experience building relationships with healthcare professionals. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Poland. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience as an MSL, Medical Advisor, or similar role. Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) or academic research background. Expertise in areas such as infectious diseases, immunology, or gene therapy. Experience with clinical research or investigator-initiated studies. Understanding of the Polish healthcare system. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Why join us? These ranges take into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
