HIV Key Account Manager for Israel Central-North area Position Summary You will lead strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the HIV care health care professionals across Israel. You will own account plans, use data to shape decisions, and work closely with medical, market access, and marketing colleagues. Responsibilities This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Own and deliver end-to-end account plans for assigned HIV key accounts, with clear goals and measurable outcomes. - Use market and CRM data to target opportunities, prioritize actions and track performance. - Plan and execute omnichannel customer engagement tailored to each account’s needs. - Coordinate cross-functional activities with Medical, Market Access, Marketing and field colleagues to deliver joined-up solutions. - Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clinicians, nurses, clinic managers and other stakeholders. - Monitor results, identify next best actions and adapt plans to improve access and care quality. Why You? Work model: This is a field role. The assigned territory spans from the Tel Aviv area to Haifa, covering key accounts across central and northern Israel. Basic Qualifications We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification. - Minimum 3 years experience in pharmaceutical sales, account management, or specialty care roles. - Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships in healthcare. - Strong data literacy and experience using CRM systems to drive decisions. - Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and good command of English. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Israel. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience in HIV care, infectious diseases or other complex therapies. - Proven track record running data-driven account strategies and delivering measurable results. - Experience working in a matrix environment and coordinating cross-functional teams. - Comfort with digital engagement tools and omnichannel approaches. - Additional language skills beyond Hebrew and English.
