DESCRIPTION: Join us as PDS Administrative Assistant I at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll provide essential administrative support across various functions while working with professionals who value excellence and innovation. You'll manage day-to-day operations including document handling, supply management, meeting coordination, and visitor support. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain smooth operations while supporting our team's success. This position offers opportunities to work with stakeholders while developing professional skills in a collaborative environment. REQUIREMENTS: • You are registered under Protected Categories, Art. 1 / 18 of Law 68/99 • No prior experience is required • Professional certification preferred • Additional relevant certifications a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in administrative tasks • Ability to handle confidential information professionally • Experience with office equipment and procedures • Strong multitasking capabilities • Customer service-oriented mindset • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Professional demeanor • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse groups • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Basic knowledge of filing systems and records management • Physical ability to perform office tasks including sitting for extended periods • May require occasional travel based on business needs
