Job Description: Supports production operations through maintenance of ATE and related peripherals (e.g. docking, manipulators). Assist and help to analyze for overall test process and equipment; improving yield, quality, equipment utilization and uptime. Immersion of the AMPM culture Comply to company's quality policy and standard code of conduct or guiding values. Learn and comply to operational specifications and quality requirements in assigned area. Attend company driven trainings such as leadership trainings such as P0 and culture trainings. Know and practice safety measures at work. Own at least one manufacturing equipment technology. Learn and practice the principles of basic equipment maintenance (ex. reactive, preventive, spare parts management) in assigned area. Study and standardize equipment parameters and necessary guidelines for equipment Learn different disciplines and tools, i.e., PDCA, project management, for equipment engineering practice. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical guidance. Work with production and other support teams in analyzing and resolving equipment related concerns in production area. Promote effective manufacturing practices. Monitor equipment performance to attain qualitative and quantitative goals. Initiate and collaborate for improvements to maximize equipment utilization. Assist in the installation and set-up of process controls system. Coordinate with counterparts on the development and status of hardware and equipment revisions and set-up. Contribute new ideas in cost savings, process and equipment projects geared to enhance productivity and quality. Work with Maintenance Supervisor on standard operational procedures and other practical guidelines. Support training and skills development of maintenance team. Generate engineering reports -administrative, performances, accomplishments, technical as scheduled. Perform regular performance review of direct reports and one on ones. Engage in Quality/Factory 4.0 improvement programs on assigned area. Perform other related task as may assigned by the Section Head or Department Manager Requirements/Qualifications: BS degree of any technical course but with preference to engineering courses - (EE/ECE/ME/CoE/ITManufacturing Engineering) Capable to lead and coach people. Knowledgeable in MS office. Have strong analytical & communications skills both written and oral.
