The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of the software to ensure functionality and reliability. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and implementing enhancements to improve existing systems. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions is an integral part of the daily routine, ensuring that client expectations are met with high-quality results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Strong knowledge of integration design patterns and best practices. - Experience with application lifecycle management including coding, testing, and deployment. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. - Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques within integration frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
