Project Role : LLM Operations Engineer Project Role Description : Utilize cloud-native services and tools for scalable and efficient deployment. Monitor LLM performance, address operational challenges, and ensure compliance and security standards in AI operations. Must have skills : Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Operations, Agentic AI Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an LLM Operations Engineer, a typical day involves leveraging cloud-native platforms and tools to deploy large language models in a scalable and efficient manner. The role requires continuous monitoring of model performance to identify and resolve operational issues promptly. Ensuring that AI operations adhere to compliance and security protocols is a key aspect of daily activities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth functioning of AI systems and proactively addressing challenges forms an integral part of the work routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize deployment workflows and improve operational efficiency. - Assist in documenting best practices and operational procedures to support team knowledge sharing. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Machine Learning Operations, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI. - Strong understanding of cloud-native services and their application in AI model deployment. - Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting large-scale AI systems to maintain high availability and performance. - Familiarity with security and compliance standards relevant to AI operations. - Ability to analyze operational data to identify trends and implement improvements.
