Job Description: V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) is a program run by Business France, the French government agency. It allows young professionals from the European Economic Area to work for a French company outside of France for a limited period. Participants are not Ipsen employees but have a special V.I.E status. ​ To take part in the program, there are specific eligibility criteria that must be met and will be verified by Business France. Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria cannot be part of this program but can apply to other opportunities within Ipsen.​ *********************** Location : Stockholm, Sweden Duration : 18 months At Ipsen, we are a global biopharmaceutical company focused on bringing innovative medicines to patients in oncology, rare diseases and neuroscience. We are looking for a motivated and scientifically minded VIE to join our Nordic Medical team and support both Medical Information and quality activities across the Nordics & Baltics. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to Medical Affairs, Quality, Regulatory and cross-functional collaboration within an international healthcare environment. Your Key responsibilities Medical Information Provide accurate, balanced and timely medical information to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders. Support medical information activities across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Conduct scientific literature searches and summarize key medical insights. Maintain and update standard response documents and medical information content. Support the administration and optimization of medical information systems and databases. Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Commercial teams. Quality & Regulatory Support Support artwork reviews and quality checks. Assist with regulatory dossier management activities. Participate in the management of product quality complaints. Contribute to KPI reporting and training administration activities. Support GDP compliance and continuous quality improvement initiatives. About you Master's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine or a related scientific discipline. Strong scientific mindset with the ability to analyze and communicate complex medical information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment. Interested in Medical Affairs, Quality and Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry. Previous experience in Medical Information, Quality or Regulatory Affairs is a plus.
