In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Provide technical and scientific support to the commercial team throughout the sales process. Deliver product demonstrations, customer training programs, and application-focused workshops. Troubleshoot product and application-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns. Develop strong relationships with end users, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry stakeholders to support business growth. Collaborate closely with channel partners to execute growth strategies and expand market coverage. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to drive demand generation initiatives. Support new product launches and marketing activities by providing technical expertise and market insights. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management to ensure outstanding customer experience. Contribute to the achievement of revenue, market share, and business growth objectives within the assigned territory. The essential requirements of the job include: Master’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of bioprocessing, protein purification, chromatography, filtration, cell culture, or related life science applications. Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills. Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical customer solutions. Experience working with distributors/channel partners is highly desirable. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
