This Position reports to: Lead of Glob. Ind. Proc. Supp. Oper. We are looking for a proactive Procurement Business Support Intern to support digital procurement tools and help ensure a smooth user experience across procurement processes. This role offers hands-on experience in procurement operations, ticket management, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Provide first-line support for procurement digital tools by handling basic ServiceNow tickets Resolve issues related to workflows, purchase requisition (PR) submissions, stuck PRs, catalog requests, and goods receipt booking Collaborate with stakeholders and other departments to ensure timely ticket resolution Escalate complex or technical issues to second-line (L2) support teams Monitor support requests and contribute to continuous process improvement Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities within the Procurement team Requirements Active student status, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Systems, or a related field Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn Good English communication skills (written and spoken) Knowledge of ServiceNow, procurement processes, or ERP systems is a plus What We Offer Hands-on experience in procurement operations and digital tools support Exposure to global procurement processes and systems Opportunity to develop problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Collaboration with international teams in a dynamic business environment Learning and development opportunities supported by experienced professionals A future opportunity Click Apply to express your interest and be considered for future opportunities that match your experience and aspirations.
