Invest in us and we’ll invest in you!. We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideally suited to a seasoned engineer with 10+ years of software development experience, including significant expertise in Angular development and strong backend capabilities using .NET Core/C#. This position will focus primarily on the development of modern, scalable front-end applications (approximately 75% Angular) while also contributing to backend services, APIs, and application architecture (approximately 25% .NET). You will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality solutions, mentoring developers, contributing to technical decisions, and driving engineering best practices across the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript. Build and enhance backend services and APIs using .NET Core and C#. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Lead the development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software applications. Contribute to solution design, technical architecture, and development standards. Write clean, well-tested, and reusable code following engineering best practices. Develop and execute unit tests and support automated testing initiatives. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Essential Skills & Experience 10+ years of professional software development experience. Strong expertise in Angular (Angular 12+) and TypeScript. Experience building complex, enterprise-scale front-end applications. Strong backend development experience using .NET Core / C#. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Experience working with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL. Experience with source control systems such as Git. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar. Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies. Experience writing unit and integration tests. Proven ability to work independently and lead technical delivery initiatives. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Desirable Skills Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS. Knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies, including SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML. Experience with Power BI, data integration, and ETL processes. Exposure to data migration projects and large-scale system modernisation initiatives. Experience working with AI-enabled applications, including LLMs and prompt engineering concepts. Knowledge of containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience mentoring teams and contributing to engineering communities of practice.
