Position Summary You will lead medical and commercial collaboration activities across Vietnam to support healthcare partnerships. You will work closely with sales, medical affairs, and operations to design and deliver clear, evidence-based engagement with hospitals and specialist healthcare professionals. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Plan and deliver scientific and educational meetings with hospitals, clinics and specialist healthcare teams. - Use local data and insights to identify opportunities and shape multi-channel outreach and engagement plans. - Prepare clear, evidence-based materials and practical clinical recommendations for healthcare professionals. - Build and maintain strong working relationships across sales, medical affairs, operations and external partners to coordinate local activities. - Monitor performance against targets, manage territory budgets and report insights that drive action. - Ensure all activities comply with local laws, industry codes and company policies. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, public health or a related field. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a medical, commercial or market development role in healthcare. - Proven experience engaging with hospitals, specialist physicians or pharmacists. - Strong scientific knowledge with the ability to explain complex information simply and clearly. - Practical analytical skills and experience using data to inform plans and decisions. - This role is on-site in Vietnam with regular travel across the assigned region. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience with multi-channel engagement and digital tools for healthcare professionals. - Background in budget management or commercial planning. - Experience leading cross-functional projects or local initiatives. - Working knowledge of local healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. - Fluency in Vietnamese and strong professional-level English communication skills. - Track record of building trusted relationships with hospital teams and clinical leaders.
