By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid work model based at our Bucharest office. How you’ll make an impact: Analyze and solve medium-to-high complexity operational issues within the service line, acting as a key point of contact for process stability; Drive the creation, optimization, and standardization of team documentation, including Desktop Procedures (DTPs) and process workflows; Generate operational reports and insights to support team performance and facilitate management decisions; Work autonomously as a senior individual contributor, providing guidance to peers and collaborating effectively with supervisors; Handle client inquiries and internal escalations with a professional and solution-oriented approach; Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, supporting the team leadership in implementing process improvements. #LI-EU Skills that make your work successful: English Language Skills - C1 (Advanced); Microsoft Office Konwledge - Advanced; HR General Experience (preferably to have 'Referent Resurse Umane' Course); Solid background (min. 3 years) in the HR field with generalist experience; Ticketing platform experience - mandatory; Advanced Excel formulas knowledge and professional PowerPoint presentation skills An adaptable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset, capable of managing frequent process updates; Proven experience in process development, data analysis, and report generation; Experience in creating, documenting, and updating DTPs (Desktop Procedures); Comprehensive understanding of core HR processes (Onboarding, Benefits, Leave Management, and Exit Management); Bachelor's degree.
