Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to meet evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency within the software environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and user experience. - Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP environments. - Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability. - Familiarity with database concepts and integration techniques relevant to SAP HANA.
