Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, enabling the creation of solutions that meet specific business requirements while continuously improving system performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to sales and distribution processes. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP SD with other business applications. - Competence in performance tuning and optimization of SAP SD modules to enhance system efficiency.
