The Sr Finance Analyst supports end-to-end service delivery within the General Ledger function across sectors and LATAM/NAM regions. The role provides financial support and accounting analysis across multiple areas, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesBe aligned with our Credo Sustain Operational Excellence · Support end-to-end financial activities, including journal entries and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities · Perform accounting, reporting, and financial statement review activities · Summarize and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts · Ensure completeness, accuracy, validity, and timeliness of financial data · Ensure adherence to worldwide finance policies, GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements Talent Management · Provide guidance and follow-up on operational duties assigned within the team · Sharing your expertise and knowledge with others. · Demonstrating a commitment to continued learning and improvement in your role. · Setting personal development goals and actively seeking out learning and growth opportunities. · Networking and building relationships within the organization to expand their knowledge and visibility. Be a Trusted Business Partner · Implement global Strategy & Solutions in line with taxonomy. · Support Process Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and Operational Key Contacts (OKC's) to ensure cross sector, cross region, and cross process alignment, ensuring good documentation is maintained and consistency of a global approach. · Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across regions and sectors Create Game-Changing Innovation Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects · Generate ideas, foster, and implement continuous improvement approach, identifying and pursuing process efficiency opportunities. · Propose process improvements, generating ideas and implementing them. QualificationsEducation & Experience· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required · Master’s degree in Accounting or MBA is a plus · Minimum 5 years of relevant experience · Experience in Shared Services environments · Experience in transformation or migration activities is a plus · Healthcare industry and/or Financial Services experience (minimum 2-3 years) Skills· Analytical Reasoning & Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, risk assessment, data-driven decision-making, attention to detail, and risk mitigation · Accounting: Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. SAP knowledge required · Language Skills – English: Upper Intermediate - Advanced level; effective written and verbal communication for business discussions and meetings · Collaboration: Works effectively with others, fosters mutual respect, listens actively, co-creates solutions, and shares knowledge · Proactive: Anticipates situations, takes initiative, and actively seeks efficiency and learning opportunities · Communication: Effectively communicates across multiple organizational levels, locally and globally · Compliance Management: Strong compliance awareness, understanding of financial controls, audit participation, and ethical conduct. · Digital: Supports digitalization and automation initiatives; adaptable, resilient, and focused on continuous improvement through technology. Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, or Python is a plus.
