Position Summary: We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our strong Program Management team in the Life Science segment. In this role, you'll drive multiple projects within our Cell Culture Customized/Service Business Segment, interfacing between our internal technical team and our prestigious customers, including world-leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies, and academic/hospital clinical centers. Key Responsibilities: Lead diverse and global projects from initiation to successful completion Facilitate and guide internal and customer-facing project team meetings across cultures and geographies. Develop accountability within the team to ensure timely task completion Handle and communicate project scope, schedule, resources, and finances to key interested parties Implement effective risk management and issue resolution strategies Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and maintain crucial project documentation Spearhead external collaboration initiatives Engage and communicate with stakeholders and leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals Apply project management tools (e.g., MS Project) to maintain accurate project schedules and resource allocation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., bioproduction, biochemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, biology, or chemistry), Master's degree or above preferred 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in CRO/CDMO managing external scientific collaborations PMP or equivalent certification is beneficial Proficiency and knowledge of continuous improvement principles such as PPI 8-Step Problem Solving Process or equivalent beneficial Strong organizational and planning abilities Excellent interpersonal and meeting facilitation skills Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve conflicts in a team environment Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint Experience leading teams in a design control and change management environment is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in biopharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
