This position reports to: Sales Support Manager - Customer Support __ Your role and responsibilities1 Project Information Management Maintain and update the marine classification project registry; track key project delivery milestones Define critical timelines for each project, including drawing submission, FAT, and certification Regularly verify data completeness and follow up with Project Managers (PMs) to fill information gaps 2 Drawing Approval Management Prepare and submit drawings and application documents per each classification society's requirements Review drawings for compliance (e.g., CCS rule conformity, ABS calculation data completeness) Track approval progress; coordinate with the engineering team to resolve drawing comments Collect and organize classification society rules and comment-response templates for cross-functional reference 3 FAT Coordination Arrange and submit FAT applications in advance per society requirements (ABS requires 1 month lead time) Host surveyors on-site, ensuring proper PPE compliance and full accompaniment during witness testing Coordinate responses to surveyor queries; follow up on steel stamp marking and certificate number confirmation upon test completion 4 Certificate Management Prepare and submit complete certificate packages within 2 weeks after FAT (test reports, material certificates, approval letters, etc.) Track certificate issuance and ensure delivery within 1 month after FAT Archive certificates and distribute to PMs; update project status records 5 Payment Processing Match classification society invoices against project and SO information; initiate Purchase Order (PO) requests Process payments in SAP; organize and archive invoices and accounting records Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, commercial or project management. Familiar with major classification society certification processes and drawing standards (CCS, ABS, etc.) Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills (Engineering, Procurement, PM, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Office Detail-oriented with strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Good English reading and writing skills for communication with international classification societies Marine background is a plus What’s in it for you?
