Job Description: To profitably increase Dental Sales with channel through effective team management, Opportunity Management, and defined process implementation across India Execute annual operating plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives by driving secondary sales in dental clinics and institutions. Manage and develop Regional Team Leaders to deliver planned sales objectives of Dental Products Ensure the regional contract team delivers the monthly secondary sales plan and delivers the expected monthly productivity Manage the Opportunity Pipeline in SFDC with better team adoption and compliance Ensure that sales training and development initiatives are implemented in regions, improve sales efficiency and efficacy through sales skill development and sales tool deployment and adoption Work closely with Master Distributor team in implementing market coverage and expansion plan; develop contract sales skill improvement and engagement programs to improve team retention and attract high quality sales talent Channel partner appointment and rationalization in line with division objectives, closely monitor channel performance and working capital commitments Closely work with Commercial Excellence leader in driving MIS discipline at regional level and improve sales reporting and review process Improve product mix at regional level, to improve profitability of business; reduction in NWI and liquidation of Slow-Moving Inventory Work closely with Marketing team in developing Channel and Sales Incentive Programs; drive marketing campaigns to deliver or exceed expected results POS implementation: timely and accurate data transmission of data from Channel to Master Distributor; maintain quality of POS data. Channel engagement: Implement CIP programs, Dentist Loyalty Program, Reseller Loyalty Program etc. through regional and area team Market intelligence: Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive strategies and relay the information to Marketing team Required Experience & Qualifications MBA Preferred - Business Administration, Sales & Marketing 15+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, dental, or consumer products Have minimum 10 years of team management experience Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision-making capability Experience with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce and SAP is an advantage Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and regional teams with proven records in sales process development and implementation Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
