Key Account Executive – IBDF

Job description

Responsibilities: KEY Responsibilities ​ Visit customers on a regular basis to keep close contact with the decision makers and collect relevant information about buyers, factories, products and competitors. Conduct product recommendation, sample arrangement, outstanding payment collecting, reaching monthly sales target. Communicate internally between JAN team, HK IBDF and sales team for co-coordinating sales development information of JAN and IBDF buyers. Communicate and co-operate with technical department to get technical advice for customers, prepare Interlining Recommendation Reports and sample books. Also coordinate and closely cooperate with other internal departments. Achieve specific IBDF Account Index New Business Spec targets. Additional Responsibilities ​ Prepare visit report, weekly report and sales plan. Sales negotiations with customers, and market information collection Follow up orders to ensure on time delivery . Maintain customer profile system.
