Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Assist maintenance technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems under supervision. Participate in equipment inspections and routine maintenance activities. Learn to read technical drawings, maintenance manuals, and equipment documentation. Help maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance work areas in a clean and organized condition. Record maintenance activities accurately in the Maintenance Management System or other maintenance records. Support machine installations, relocations, and commissioning activities when required. Participate in root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. Observe equipment performance and report abnormalities to supervisors. Follow all plant safety rules, environmental requirements, and quality standards. Participate actively in technical training, coaching sessions, and apprenticeship development programs. Support 5S and Maintenance activities.
