Job Purpose: GSK OncologyはGSKの中核をなす分野であり、この数年間で多くの進歩がありました。がん領域での存在価値を確立するための活動を通じて、数多くの新しい経験を得ることが可能です。GSK-Japan Oncologyとして経験豊富なリーダーを求めています。 この職務の目的は新たに立ち上げた担当テリトリを責任者として管理し、ブランド戦略を完遂して目標達成することを主な責務としています。また社外のステークホルダーと強固で戦略的なパートナーシップを構築することが求められています。 営業におけるCompetencyとCapabilityを発揮して価値あるビジネス関係を築き、科学的根拠に基づくソリューションの提供を通じて患者さんや顧客に唯一無二の価値を提供します。この職務では社内のステークホルダーと協力して部門横断的に働き、オンコロジーブランドと販売戦略の達成に貢献することが求められます。 GSKは「患者さんのために高い志を持つ（Ambitious for patients）」「結果に責任を持つ（Accountable for Impact）」「正しいことをする（Do the right thing）」という文化を大事にしています。これらの価値観を理解し体現することはGSKの更なる成長にとって非常に重要なことだと考えています。 Primary Responsibilities: • 会社方針に従ってオンコロジー製品を全ての顧客に届けるために担当テリトリを管理する。 • マーケティングプランを理解して担当テリトリのビジネスプランを作成し、目標達成のために確実に実行する。 • 設定した目標の達成、及び日々の進捗管理を行う。 • 全ての主要なステークホルダーに対して適切に対応する。 • 製品知識・スキルの習得など積極的に自己啓発を行う • 活動によって再現性のある成功例は積極的にチーム内で共有する • 会社のビジネス方針・手順・ルールなどの関連事項を常に把握し、100%遵守した実施を保証する。 必要な条件Basic Qualification • 血液がん領域もしくは固形がんを含むオンコロジー領域での営業経験がある • 医師との面談で患者に焦点を当てた議論ができる（One Patient Detailingの実践経験） • 社内外において、他者との良好な協業／協力関係を構築できる • コンプライアンス順守・Governanceマインドセットを有している • 大学病院及び基幹病院での成功実績および新薬採用経験を有している • 優れたコミュニケーション能力、提案力、問題解決能力 • 論文に興味を持ち、最新情報を自ら学ぶことができる • ビジネスニーズに応じて出張可能 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language • 大学卒業以上 • MR認定資格 • 普通自動車運転免許証 望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification • 募集勤務地における、血液癌領域もしくはオンコロジー領域における勤務経験およびネットワークを有している • 多発性骨髄腫／骨髄繊維症での活動経験 • デジタル/オムニチャネルアプローチによる営業経験 Employment details • 雇用形態：正社員（詳細は選考時にご説明します） • 勤務形態：オンサイト（フィールドワーク中心） • 勤務時間・休暇・待遇は社内規定に準拠します Selection process 書類選考 → 面接（通常2回程度） → 適性検査・バックグラウンドチェック How to apply この役割に興味があればぜひご応募ください。 あなたの経験と情熱が患者さんの治療に直接つながります。 ご応募を心よりお待ちしています。 Skills Customer Centric Selling, Data to Insights, Digital Fluency, Omnichannel, Sales Territory Management, Scientific Literacy Why GSK?
