Job Function: Marketing Job Sub Function: Strategic Marketing Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Beijing, China, Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia, Seoul, Korea, Republic of, Shanghai, China, Singapore, Singapore Job Description: Position: Director, Regional Commercial Strategy, Autoantibody Disease Purpose of the Role Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, performance, and competitiveness of the APAC Autoantibody portfolio (gMG, wAIHA, SjD, SLE), with accountability spanning: Early pipeline shaping Launch excellence (including IMAAVY and future indications) In-market growth and lifecycle optimization Positioning APAC as a critical contributor to Global Immunology strategy Key Scope & AccountabilitiesRegional ownership of the Autoantibody portfolio across APAC Full lifecycle responsibility from pipeline through launch and growth Enterprise-level strategic planning and execution Investment prioritization and ROI optimization Leadership of cross-functional regional ecosystem and OpCo alignment Influence on both regional execution and global strategic direction Six Core ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Strategy & Lifecycle Leadership Launch Excellence & Growth Acceleration Competitive Strategy & Market Leadership Cross-Functional & Regional Leadership Performance Management & Investment Optimization People & Organizational Leadership Success MeasuresCommercial performance across portfolio Market share growth Launch success Business plan execution Investment effectiveness Compliance and governance Cross-functional collaboration effectiveness QualificationsBachelor's degree required; MBA preferred A minimum of eight (8) years of professional Sales and Sales Management or Marketing and/or Marketing Management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or healthcare industry is required. A minimum of two years in Marketing and/or Marketing Management or a Commercial Excellence / Analytics function is required. A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing and leading a cross functional / cross geographic team is strongly preferred.
