Position Title SC 皮膚科領域 サイバインコチーム_部長 / SC Dermatology CIBINQO Team Lead / Brand Lead (Sr. Manager) Division・Department Dermatology Commercial Strategy Team(Marketing) ・ Specialty Care Reporting Line Dermatology Commercial Lead Position Purpose Lead the strategic development of the brand through brand planning, life cycle management, and the execution of key tactics to maximize the revenue and the profit of assigned products or therapeutic area. Lead and manage financial and human resources to improve the efficiency of the assigned team. This position has direct P&L accountability. CIBINQO is one of the strategic growth brands within Pfizer Japan Specialty Care and plays an important role in driving sustainable growth and delivering value for patients, healthcare professionals, and Pfizer. Description of Primary Role & Responsibility Lead the following activities to achieve the financial budget (revenue and IBT in the Operating Plan). Development of precise financial forecasting including budget, long-range sales forecast(LRF) and the latest estimate. Development of Operating Plan. Monthly performance update of the product to the regional president with right KPI tracking and clear commentary. Take appropriate measures when gaps arise between forecast and actual, and improve the accuracy of forecasting. Development and execution of actions to generate incremental revenue. Development and execution of actions to minimize costs in order to improve IBT. Efficient management and allocation of marketing resources to ensure cost-effective results. Lead the development and execution of the Brand Plan or strategic initiatives to maximize brand opportunities and value. Market research (quantitative/qualitative) and analysis to understand customer insights and inform decision-making. Identify hidden opportunities in a diversified portfolio. Lead the process of developing a robust brand plan, including discovering customer insights, customer segmentation/targeting, situational analysis, and developing innovative strategy/value propositions and communication approaches to address key issues/opportunities based on situational analysis. Lead the communication process to the Sales division through POA or other communication channels. Ensure planned activities are well implemented by establishing relevant KPIs to track progress. Development of constructive relationships with external partners and agencies. Lead the creation of opportunities for investment in life cycle management. Carefully investigate market trends to identify issues/opportunities and consider product life cycle management for growth. Identify potential growth opportunities and develop innovative promotion approaches in consideration of market environment changes. Provide strategic analysis and business case evaluations from a commercial perspective to support internal decision-making or endorsement. Manage portfolio sustainability and ensure stable supply. Project management and coordination of a multi-functional group of colleagues to address any supply issues. Maintain smooth and appropriate communication with management, providing timely updates on any issues to resolve or avoid critical supply disruptions. Build strong cross-functional collaboration with all relevant partner lines (Sales, Finance, Medical, R&D, Supply, PR, etc). Monitor and resolve any supply issues in close relationship with PGS (Pfizer Global Supply). Lead financial modeling and commercial assessment of risks/opportunities for endorsement (i.e., site transfer, sourcing issues, supply challenge, package change, discontinuation, and divestiture). Reinforce ownership culture within the team to build a high-performing team. Take measures to enhance ownership mindset within the team. Identify key issues based on the company-conducted engagement survey and develop the right action plan to improve the culture and engagement. Develop talent for future leadership. Identify development areas for each team member and provide appropriate direction or coaching. Generate optimal opportunities for team members based on their development needs. Lead utilization of AI, Data & Omnichannel Leadership Lead utilization of AI, advanced analytics, data-driven insights, and omnichannel capabilities to enhance strategic decision-making and commercial execution. Identify opportunities to improve business performance through innovative digital and data-enabled approaches. Ensure responsible and compliant use of AI, data, and digital capabilities across commercial activities. Ensure 100% compliance with all laws, regulations, SOPs, and internal or external rules/policies. With a strong compliance mindset, encourage team members to increase their sensitivity to risk management. Ensure team members complete all necessary training for compliance. Excellent financial acumen and IT literacy for forecasting and business case development. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and external environment. Understanding of compliance and integrity. Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills. 3. Experience Extensive experience developing and implementing pharmaceutical business strategy. At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience launching new products is preferred. People management experience is preferred. Additional experience in non-traditional pharmaceutical marketing is preferred, such as IT integration business and AI technology. Experience outside the pharmaceutical industry is also welcomed. Proven track record of leading projects, driving changes and organizing teams that successfully achieve milestones and deliverables. Experience working in multiple cultures and demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures. 4. Education/Certification Bachelor’s degree or higher; an MBA is preferred. 5. Language Written and oral communication/presentation skills in English and Japanese. Business-level English proficiency is required to engage in discussions with members of the global headquarters. TOEIC score of 800 or higher is preferred.
