Role Summary This role supports business growth by driving digital go-to-market plans for prioritized customer segments. The Marketing Manager helps improve customer acquisition, engagement, lead conversion and marketing ROI, and turns customer and market insights into clear actions for the team. Key Responsibilities Contribute to agreed segment sales targets by developing digital go-to-market plans that cover customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, opportunity creation, opportunity tracking and order conversion. Turn insights from priority customer engagements into practical customer use cases, segment opportunities and repeatable actions that can be applied to a broader customer base. Manage the lead-to-order process, including target customer planning, lead quality review, opportunity tracking, follow-up actions, conversion analysis and improvement plans. Track business, marketing and team performance; identify what is working, where ROI can improve and where new opportunities may exist; and translate findings into clear actions for the team. Prepare materials for regular performance meetings and reports with local and global teams, including key metrics, market dynamics, budget tracking and assigned project progress; track risks, support needs and agreed follow-up actions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above; biology or life sciences background is preferred. 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology or B2B industries. Experience in digital marketing, demand generation, customer engagement, lead management or marketing performance tracking. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align priorities and drive execution across different teams. Good project management skills, with experience managing timelines, follow-ups and deliverables. Strong communication skills, with good written and spoken English for business reporting and global communication.
