Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Operate production equipment, assemble, package, and inspect products in accordance with approved procedures and specifications. Receive and verify materials used in production to ensure they match approved documentation and are authorized for use. Inspect work during production to ensure compliance with established requirements. Remove defective products and immediately report any deviations to the Manufacturing Facilitator. Accurately complete required documentation, following GMP guidelines and maintaining clear and legible records. Assist the Shift Leader with raw material, work-in-process, and finished product reconciliation activities. Support the Set-Up Operator with equipment operation, changeovers, preventive maintenance activities, and routine troubleshooting to ensure efficient production flow. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Facilitator. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with Quality System Regulations (QSR) and ISO 13485 standards. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; Spanish language skills are a plus. Six months to one year of production experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environment. Knowledge & Skills Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to take initiative. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Frequent walking within the production area. Ability to perform light physical work, including lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds with appropriate equipment. Ability to bend, reach, and lift while performing job duties.
